yes,at last! No more upcoming test...so that means i can concentrate and focus more on my upcoming CC competition which is on this SATURDAY...i read the NP blog,maam kaibing give us motivation and comments...
This is want she says:
Dear all Girls Campcraft Members..This is really the last lap that you all can push yourself!Encourage each other..Have more sense of awareness during the competition..Tips:Flagstaff-During one minute equipment check, please ensure that you check if your spars are straight, if it is crooked, please ask for a change, change until you are alright with it, but demand reasonably, as there are other school waiting for us to finish changing equipment.-Ensure no gaps in your round lashings and your 3 clove hitch-Make the loop on top a little more bigger to allow you to get it done easier.-Ensure the loop is well looped, and not let it fall off!-All the ropes must be tightened, make sure your flag pole are straight when it is up!-Remember to shout "Unity Attention" when you are pulling the flag, shout as loud as you can-Do not raise the flag too hard as the nylon may just break or slip off-Ensure the overlapping is 1/3, not too long, not too short-The spars are heavier than Unity one, so please be a little bit more careful.-Last one minute-there will be a HORN! So continue, rush what you can, DON'T STOP!-Targetted time that I want from you is: 4 minutesCatherine-Each peg + Measurement to be in by 40 seconds = 2 minutes (Remember direction is 4, 8, 12 o'clock) Measure properly. Make sure you had space to peg in, don't peg out of the boundary if not minus marks.Afifah/Hafizah-Tying of 3 clove-hitches and the bottom round lashings to be ready by 2 minutesHafizah/Afifah- The Top round lashing in 1 minutes, tying of the top loop for your flag, attach flag to Nylon rope (Double the thumb knot) and raise it when someone hold on to the spars and shout UNITY ATTENTION! = 2minutes, 30 seconds.Then, Catherine, Hafizah, Afifah be confident OK! And also tie the guyline together, but when flag is raised, don't let the spars come down, it must remain straight up there! But just that I want you all to raise the flag before tying it to guyline so won't waste time!-Awareness must be there! When you see the first flagstaff up, means you all need to hurry up! No much time!-When you finished it, GO and help the shelter or gadget! RUN RUN RUN!-Flag to be raised up correctly, not opposite!===================================================================Gadget-Ensure you all had enough twine, the length must be correct for you all.-Ensure you all tie correctly-Sense of awareness, look around make sure you all can finish your gadget before other schools!-Ensure the mess tin really can be stablise on your tripod stand.-The function to it is, Can use to do sit-up, can use for alarm purposes, can you to dry shoe, can use to hang uniforms. Try to think of more, own self-discovery.-Make sure, 2 tripods are stable and also make sure it is of the same height that you all tie, so that the middle horizontal pole will not be one side up, one side down.-This must be faster!-Last one minute-there will be a HORN! So continue, rush what you can, DON'T STOP!-Targetted time that I want from you is: 8 minutes!-Set this a goal for yourself!-Shahidah and Izra, all the best OK! Jiayou! Tell yourself, time is going to be up! And you must CHIONG!!!!!!-2 Tripod to be up by 1minute-Diagonals lashing to be up by 3 minutes-Square lashing to be up by by 3 minutes-Others-1 minute==================================================================Shelter-First, cutting of twine, please cut faster!-Then get ready and go!-Start tying round lashing to the peg then knock it into the ground, try to maintain its straightness.-Then, Round lashing, square lashing must be ready.-Poncho to be ready to fly over.-And when flying over, it must be tie to the corner peg ASAP!-Then to ensure minimum gap possible for the whole shelter.-Remember, time management!-This must be FAST too!-Targetted time: 7 minutes-Last one minute-there will be a HORN! So continue, rush what you can, DON'T STOP! -Gek Hwee, you need to peg very fast and harder!-Serinna, give your faster speed to collate your ponchos.-Firdiana, try to take note of time, and shout out to our team!-Wendy-Try to do it fast too!-It must be tidy! Don't make it messy! Remember its Square lashing. All of you go and learn your Square Lashing!===================================================================Whatever it is, the team should give their best!Nothing more, but the best!By latest 9 minutes, all the 3 components must be up!My best regards and wishes for you all!Jiayou!Last two minute is for you all to clear the competition ground rubbish, and to do your last check and make necessary changes. damn tired 4 ytd...got TDD...haissh...woke up at 5.30..then quickly bath then change to mufti...mit afifah and fiza at u t at 6.15,,,but went out at 6.10...wth...
but still in time lar...
we changed to our uniform and fall in behinf D&t block...
Got uniform inspection...then went to the parade square and fall in...
we were told to sing loudly and say the pledge loudly
(pssst..i think i can onli hear npcc singing onli...no offence to other ccas)
RECESS TIME!!! change back to mufti...yea..then got play...blah3...
then got NPDP training...
extremly tired....i wanted to fall out but told myself to hang on and persevere...
that really help me..
then got breakksir fazril so me and said...
"die lagi,die lagi" hahak..meaning "u again,u again"
afifah and me was laughing...kesian lar ehk kene kacau..haizz...
it was funny when sir fazril said to one of e instructer,he called out to the instructer but the instucter did not replied so he said tis in malay...
"oi, makan banyak hotdog sampai tak dengar ape akuu cakap"
"aku ketuk kepale kau baru tau"
i cant tahan,so i burst out laughing...
overall it was fun and tiring...
then finish training we sit at the gallery and i give the idea to take picture...hahak...
